What can Coaching do for you?
Coaching provides space and structure for the reflection that is necessary for learning and growth. We will identify your values and where your actions diverge from your values or stated goals. We will also look at strategies to develop &/or grow your ability to respond to emotionally charged events, through Emotional Intelligence mastery. Together we will reconnect the 4 pillars and what you love the most about your life, your work, your dreams and aspirations.
What can you expect from your Coaching session with me?
My Coaching sessions are ideal if you are looking for aids for day-to-day emotional challenges. We will have hands-on exercises that will take you to look at patterns, habits, triggers that bring about actions you want to change.
These 60 minutes sessions can take place online or in person at any of the clinics and are meant to bring you clarity and focus on your goals, with the emotional impact on your life at heart.
